Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date you purchased an item to return it for a refund or exchange.
Do I need a receipt?
Yes, if you want a cash refund or exchange you must have the receipt for the item you are returning.
If you do not have a receipt we will gladly exchange the item as long as it is new and in its original packaging.
I paid by credit card. Can I get a cash refund?
No. If you have paid by a credit card, we will refund the credit card you used for the purchase.
I paid by check. Can I get a cash refund?
Although Clovis Janitorial Supply no longer accepts personal checks. You can get a cash refund if the amount is under $100.00. If the amount is over $100 Clovis Janitorial Supply will issue you a refund check after your payment has been funded to our bank.
What if the item I am returning is damaged?
In most cases if the damage is a manufacturer defect we will replace or repair the item. Certain equipment is covered under a manufacturer's warrantee and will be repaired under that warrantee. Clovis Janitorial Supply will not replace products that have been damaged by the consumer.
I purchased a piece of equipment and used it but now I want to return it.
On large equipment returns you have 15 days to return it. If the item has been used, a rental fee of $30.00 per day will be deducted from the total refund.
I special ordered an item you don’t stock. Can I return it?
Yes. But a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
